Project Governance

To strengthen the Project governance controls over the project execution and financial management, a governance framework with two-tier governance structure was formed.

A Project Advisory Committee is set up, as the first tier, with representatives from government departments, academics, the welfare sector and healthcare professionals. The Committee is to steer the overall direction, provide advice on the development and phased implementation of the Project.

The second tier comprises a designated project management team set up by the Trust, together with the project teams of different project partners, to closely monitor and review the Project progress, pre-defined checkpoints and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
